To scan a QR code, please allow the 2FAS app to access the camera and test it using our test QR code: https://2fas.com/check-token/. If you dont have an access to a Mac or PC to test it, open the page on your phone, make a screenshot of the test QR code and upload a photo from the gallery in our app.
If you still have a problem with scanning the code, enter the service key (code) manually.
